Taking the next step with our e-tractor

Discover the future with our innovative electric tractor, designed to promote sustainability and regional employment.

Introducing Our Groundbreaking Project

The Mission Behind Our Electric Tractor

At Progressus-Innovations, we are dedicated to developing an electrically powered tractor that aims to revolutionize the agricultural industry. Our mission is to facilitate the transition from fossil fuels to electricity, thereby contributing to a sustainable future.

Our electric tractor is not only an eco-friendly alternative but also a catalyst for regional employment. By collaborating with local companies and using primarily European parts, we ensure that our project supports local economies and promotes job creation.

We envision a future where our electric tractor is produced serially in the Netherlands, serving farmers, municipalities, and contractors who are committed to protecting our planet for future generations. Join us in making this vision a reality.

Our Journey

Explore the milestones that have shaped Progressus-Innovations and our quest to develop an electric tractor.

Founding of Progressus-Innovations

On April 20, 2021, Gert Abbes, Alex Doornbosch, and Hendrik Nieboer founded Progressus-Innovations with a shared vision of creating an electric tractor to promote sustainability.

Initial Prototyping

Our team began the initial prototyping phase, focusing on integrating European parts and collaborating with local companies to build the first version of our electric tractor.

Field Testing

We conducted  some field tests to ensure the reliability and efficiency of our electric tractor, gathering valuable data to refine our design.

Visit Berufsbildende Schulen Papenburg

On Wednesday afternoon, December 6, we were guests at the BerufsBildende Schulen in Papenburg. We were welcomed here with an extensive lunch and were allowed to show our project. It was one of the projects that they believed would be suitable for deployment in Africa. Diesel is just as expensive there as it is here, but incomes are much lower. There is plenty of (solar) energy! The school could help us with further development. We are still waiting for the subsidy. Our European tractor was about to find its first deployment in Africa. Things can get weird. Here it can still be seen without sheet metal with a cover against the rain. After a tour of the parking lot with a minister from the ‘Greens’ on the back, a group photo was also taken. We returned home satisfied. Apparently we are on the right track.

Visit to Makeport Mercury

On Monday February 1, our creation was on display outside at Makeport Mercurius. Minister Hugo de Jonge of the Interior and Kingdom Relations and deputy Tjeerd van Dekken visited here that day for the ‘Master Plan Regional Centers Groningen’. Our tractor was there to make it clear what is possible in the manufacturing industry. If only we dare! There was a lot of interest.
